    Questions

    6 answers

    What people ask first.

Is nett affiliated with X or Robinhood?

No. nett is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or Robinhood Markets, Inc. X Money and Robinhood Chain are named only to describe where money moves.

Who holds the money in flight?

An escrow contract on Robinhood Chain holds the protocol's USDG from the moment an order is posted until a proof is verified. nett never holds dollars and never asks for your X login.

What happens if a filler disappears?

Nothing is released without a proof or, for opted-in recipients, an unchallenged claim. A lock lapses after 30 min to pay and 2 h to prove, and the order reopens. Once its deadline has passed, anyone can trigger the refund: the USDG is credited to the protocol’s escrow balance, to withdraw any time.

How is an X Money payment proven?

The desk submits a proof of the X Money payment, and the escrow checks it before release. A rejected proof reopens the order for another desk.

    What does a filler earn?

A fee per fill, set by the protocol on each order and paid in USDG when the escrow releases. Each lock needs free bond that covers the order; after a fill settles, its amount stays held 24 h, then 20% of it for 75 days.

    Which handles can be paid?

Any X handle that can receive X Money. The console warns when a handle may not receive yet; if it can’t, no desk fills the order and it becomes refundable after its deadline.
